The packet of information he provided us before we listed was very thorough (even more than needed) and included highly detailed information about sales in our neighborhood and surrounding area that helped us to decide on a price and time to list. As part of the process, he went over multiple pricing strategies based on what he thought would be the demand for our home. For instance, the pictures and drone shots the photographers took truly brought out the beauty of our home. And the stager had great ideas for how best to present the rooms. Our listing looked high-end and created a great first impression. Throughout the selling process he was available whenever we needed, far above and beyond what we would normally expect, even babysitting our oldest dog during open houses. He kept us informed throughout and made sure we were not surprised by anything. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home consider Jamie for the job.
